Please contact our Customer Service via the “Contact us” page for assistance with your online orders.
You can find your order invoice by logging into "My Account” and clicking on "My Orders". You will also receive a copy of the invoice with your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it is placed.
Payment
In addition to Apple Pay & Google Pay, you can pay for your purchases with a credit or debit card: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® and Union Pay®. You should enter your credit card or debit card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page of payment.
All the transactions made on this website are secure.
PENG & LEUNG has also established strict security measures to protect your personal information from non-authorized access and use. However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Any information that you make available online can potentially be recuperated and used by third parties.
Delivery

Enjoy complimentary express shipping on all orders. We aim to dispatch all orders (except tailor-made orders and pre-orders) within 48 hours, not including Saturdays and Sundays.
In the rare occasion that one of our shipping carriers does not deliver correctly or in a timely manner, we are not liable for missed deliveries for slow or late package shipments due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to unexpected carrier delivery delays; weather-related delays; mechanical-related delays; 'Signature Required' package drop-off enforcement; missed delivery hang-tag notifications; local non-availability of package delivery speed; incorrectly entered shipping information, or missed driver package 'drop-off' by recipient.
After your order has been confirmed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your order details for tracking. If you do not receive any shipment information, please contact our Customer Service by email on the "Contact us" section, we will help you with your order at once.
International customers remain solely responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes due at the time of delivery. Customers who refuse delivery will be assessed return shipping costs at the time of refund (if any).
Customer Support
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return your order within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the product receipt date.
The product must be returned in its original condition with its original packaging and all tags & accessories attached.
In the unfortunate and unlikely event of carrier damage, the client must notify PENG & LEUNG within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the product receipt date. Our customer support team will be in contact to arrange for an exchange.
Please kindly note that the following products are not accepted for returns & exchanges:
- Tailor-made or personalised products
- Products with precious materials such as Gold, Silver, Platinum and Jewellery.
