As a responsible business, our commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) is integral to our growth outlook.
Our DNA forms the basis of our comprehensive ESG framework, which is rooted in all dimensions of our business. We focus our ESG journey on three key stakeholders, namely Employees, Consumers and Society. For each stakeholder, we have a road map with concrete actions and associated key performance indicators (KPIs). We demonstrate our sense of social responsibility with ESG KPIs across eight categories, including, but not limited to, Product Governance, Corporate Governance, Human Capital, Emissions, Effluents and Waste, and Business Ethics. As a company with strong legal background, we understand our responsibility to operate within the boundaries of law, and we aspire to even higher standards in our operations they are shaped by our core values, our sense of responsibility and our commitment. The values of the founders are also reflected in our dynamic designs and pioneering acoustic technologies. Upon our recent establishment, we have revolutionised the wireless stereo industry with our upgradable and repairble acoustic capsule. This is a giant leap in terms of sustainability in the wireless stereo industry as finally, instead of disposing older products, our clients can simply request for an upgrade and continue to enjoy our delicately crafted timeless product. We are, proudly, the first ever acoustic company to offer such permanent solution. Yet, this is only a small step for us as we aim to further stress our commitment to our planet, our clients, our brand & our employees while striving to change how people hear, feel, and see the world.

Despite being at an early stage of business, we have received encouraging and grateful words from individuals, such as boxers with deformed ears.

P&L wants to be recognised as a responsible company that contribute to a better future. Hence, we put in continuous effort to the research & development of affordable yet top quality hearing aids. This has always been a social responsibility the founders carry, and we hope to protect the right to hearing for every individual. Besides, we are committed to make a difference by contributing to charities as part of our profit will be donated to a charity.
Environment
Our environmental sustainability agenda is articulated around well-defined areas of focus where we can make a difference now and in the future. We have made significant progress in increasing the sustainability of our products by using 100% recyclable packaging and highly sustainable materials. As a pioneer, P&L will continue to regularly explore and evaluate opportunities to further minimize the environmental footprint of our production and to improve sustainability of our products.
